DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES OF DUTY TEAMS
Duty Teams for Night Competition Commencing on 19 October 2009
Duty clubs must be present at the grounds 15 minutes before commencement of matches.

Players, parents and family are very welcome to fulfil the responsibilities of their club.
Clubs need to arrange for at least 4 people to be on Ground Duty during each time slot.
Before First Time Slot - 7.00pm
- Check that no court has undue amounts of loose gravel or sand on it. If there is, obtain a broom and sweep courts.
- Have Goal Post Padding ready to go out with score sheets.
After Last Time Slot - 8.45pm
- Collect all rubbish on and around the courts and put in bins.
- Collect all lost property and place in bins outside the Administration Room.
- Make sure all Goal Post Padding is returned and collect if any are left out.
Score Sheet Collection Table
This table will be located outside the Administration Room. Ensure that two (2) people man this table at all times. Score sheets are to be collected from this table by the teams. At the end of each game the score sheets are to be returned to the table. The score sheets are to be sorted as per the registrars instruction sheet and taken to the Administration Room and given to the registrar. Please ensure that all score sheets are placed on the folders and set out on the table for collection.
Tower
Ensure all games commence on time. Activate timer for 20 minute halves, a one (1) minute break at half time and (9) minutes between games. Sound the hooter at commencement and completion of each half of the game. Please ensure that you are prompt at the beginning of your duty.
