This page contains all information that senior players will need for the 2010 competition.

Senior players are those who participate in Grades A1 to Cadets 4 inclusive.

Master Sheets - MUST be signed by all senior players prior to their first match (teams who have a Bye or Forfeit in Round 1 are exempt).  Signing the master sheet finalises your insurance coverage and provides a signature to check the scoresheets against each week.  Failure to sign the master sheet will result in the loss of 2 competition points regardless of the outcome of the match.

Late Registrations - to be sent to the Senior Registrar by the Club Secretary only and information required is: 
a) Name of Player
b) Date of Birth
c) Club, Team Number and Grade of team to be registered into
d) Address and contact number
e) Prior playing experience
Failure to provide any of the above information will result in the registration being returned as 'incomplete'.
All late registrations will be acknowledged.  If the Club Secretary does not receive acknowledgement, the registration has not been received and the player is ineligible to participate in the upcoming round. 

Deregistrations / Transfer to Non Player Status
Players may be transferred to Non Player Status in the following circumstances:

1.       If a player has not played a game, they may be transferred (nothing required).
2.       If a player has played a game and become injured (medical certificate to be shown to Senior Registrar).
3.       If a player has played any game(s) and needs to transfer for a non-medical reason (Statutory Declaration to be given to Senior Registrar). 

Playing Up
Players are able to play for a higher team without penalty twice in a season.  On the third time they play up, they will be re-graded into the next highest team that the club has available.  If a club has two teams in the same grade, a player from the higher numbered team can play up into the other team but not the reverse (eg W/United 5 and W/United 4 are in the same grade, players from W/United 5 can fill in for W/United 4 but not the reverse).
